DESIGN STUDIO :
Citrine Casa is an LA based boutique Interior Design studio co-founded in 2018 by Heather Tehrani, dedicated to designing distinctive holistic spaces inspired by our clients’ lifestyle, passions and journeys. The design process begins with the essential awareness that we all want and deserve to live in a toxin-free environment and to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible without sacrificing style, comfort or fun. A holistic home doesn’t have to look like oatmeal on cardboard with some macrame slapped on the walls! Most of all home is about connection and Citrine designs spaces that allow us to live a purposefully and pleasurably. Heather personally oversees every project from concept design to final installation as needed – promising ease of communication, thoughtful sourcing of materials, and overall support from the beginning to the end of the project.

With 7+ years of experience as a California Realtor, Heather offers educated and responsive guidance for home buyers, sellers and investors from inception to completion of sale where an extensive design background always proves to be an advantage. Integrity and accountability are the cornerstones of all successful transactions. Heather puts her my client’s interests first and works consistently to ensure that you get the best possible outcome. Buying and selling a home can be a daunting process, and having an agent that you can trust to stay level-headed throughout is of utmost importance. On the purchase side, she consults with buyers to find properties, utilizing her designer skills to help clients visualize potential improvements such as kitchen remodels, additions, as well as sustainability solutions. DESIGNER FOR A DAY
Choose your top priorities and I'll help you determine where to focus the time. This could be help with furniture shopping, paint and material palette, art curating, or a mood board. We will work through as many design issues as time allows, giving you valuable guidance and advice, helping avoid costly mistakes.

FLIP/AIR BNB/ RENTAL CONSULTATION
This is a quick turnaround consultation in which we create a strategic plan for your property to get you the most value for your dollar, while keeping the design durable and cost effective. I make recommendations space planning ideas, suggestions for paint and finishes, lighting/plumbing fixture, suggestions for furniture layouts, and more. By the end of the 3 day consultation you’ll have a solid design road map, helping you avoid costly mistakes along the way.

THE WORKS - FULL SCOPE
Whether you need a full home renovation or a kitchen or bathroom overhaul, or total decor makeover, this is where you hand over the reins of your project to me, your interior design professional and I take care of everything! I handle all the details from concept design, arranging or liaising with architects, contractors and trades, procurement of furnishings, to project management and installation right up to the Big Reveal when you finally get to enjoy your joyful new sustainable home!
